TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROCEDURE & EXPECTATIONS

The Lash Lift is a semi-permanent treatment designed to enhance natural lashes by curling and lifting them.

• Results typically last 6-8 weeks, depending on lash growth cycles and aftercare.
• The procedure does not involve lash extensions or artificial enhancements.
• Individual results may vary based on lash length, thickness, and personal aftercare.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inform the technician of any allergies, eye conditions, or sensitivities prior to the procedure.
• Avoid using mascara, lash serums, or waterproof makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
• Follow aftercare instructions to maintain optimal results.

3. RISKS & POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS

• An allergic reaction is rare but possible. A patch test is recommended at least 24 hours before the procedure.
• Lashes may become dry or brittle if aftercare is not followed correctly.

4. LIABILITY RELEASE

• I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that:
• I have been informed of the potential risks and benefits of the Lash Lift procedure.
• I release the Service Provider from any liability related to allergic reactions or unsatisfactory results.
• I understand that no refunds will be issued once the procedure is completed.
• I give permission to take before-and-after photos for record-keeping and marketing purposes (if applicable).
