TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION 

The Service Provider agrees to provide the Hybrid Brow Dye / Brow Tint service to the Client, which includes: 

• Consultation on the most suitable shape and color for the client.
• Application of the Hybrid Brow Dye / Brow Tint product.
• Aftercare instructions for the best results. 
  
  

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provide accurate information regarding any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. 
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided by the Service Provider. 
• Avoid using any other products on the treated area within 48 hours after the procedure. 

3.RISKS & ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS 

• The Hybrid Brow Dye / Brow Tint service may cause mild irritation in rare cases. 

• Results may vary depending on the client's skin type and personal physiology.
• The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions. 

4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER 

The Client understands and agrees that: 

• This service is not a permanent tattoo and the color will fade over time.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for any dissatisfaction due to personal expectations.
• The Client waives all legal claims against the Service Provider after the service is completed. 

5. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY 

• The Client agrees to pay in full before/after the service is performed.
• No refunds will be issued after the service has been completed. 

6. SIGNATURES & AGREEMENT 

By signing this agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above.
