1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Service Provider agrees to provide a Facial treatment service to the Client, which includes:
- Skin analysis and consultation.
- Cleansing, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), and hydration.
- Application of skincare products suited for the client's skin type.
- Aftercare recommendations for best results.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate information regarding any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided by the Service Provider.
- Avoid using harsh skincare products or undergoing additional skin treatments within 48 hours after the facial.
3. RISKS & ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
- Facial treatments may cause mild redness or irritation, which should subside within a few hours.

- The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The Client understands and agrees that:
- This service is a **temporary skincare treatment** and not a medical procedure.
- The Service Provider **is not responsible** for any dissatisfaction due to personal expectations.
- The Client **waives all legal claims** against the Service Provider after the service is completed.
5. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
- The Client agrees to pay in full before/after the service is performed.
- **No refunds** will be issued after the service has been completed.
6. SIGNATURES & AGREEMENT
By signing this agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above.
